In Store Pick Up

In store pick up is available, we are located in Calgary Alberta, a message will be sent to when your order is ready for pick-up.  Please allow 24-72 hours for your items to be ready for pick up.

Sept 1 – June 30: 
8 am – 11:00 pm Daily
July 1 – Aug 31
Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 8:30 pm

Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 10 am – 4 pm

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is ready, you will receive an email notification from.

If you haven’t received your message within 1-3 days of placing your order, please contact us at karen@aforza.ca with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, if any, for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at karen@aforza.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
